BD+7 automatic heat sealer, bag sealing machinery from American-Newlong.
  • This automatic heat sealer is suitable bag sealing machinery for small bags and sacks made of polyethylene or vinyl coated papers.
    • This bag heat sealing machine features a speed controller, digital temperature controllers and gusset roller as standard.
    • The conveyor moves 60 mm horizontally toward operator.
    • The heat seal is fused by applying pressure through a series of compression rollers and immediately cooled by a “cool air” blower system.

Optional items

  • Hot Printer with either one or two line printing available with a change lever. No adjustment is required for change-over and printing tape break detector is equipped as standard.
  • Air Evacuation Device for removing the air trapped in bags.
