The American-Newlong BD-III continuous automatic heat sealer conveyor produces a neat, positive seal quickly and efficiently. This dependable bag sealing machinery is simple to operate and requires minimum maintenance. Equipped with a unique Teflon coated band, the sealer eliminates the burn and dirt associated with silicon oil.

Ideal for intermediate production needs, BD III heat seal machine seals polyethylene, vinyl, coated papers and other heat sealable materials. The BD III accommodates bags ranging in height from 16" to 96". Both sealing height and conveyor height are easily adjustable by handle.

The BD III is available with weighing scales for granular and powder product and a wide range of options including emboss coder, hot printer, gusset rollers for gusseted bag/sachet, bag top trimmer and dust cleaner. Custom designed units are also available.
