Fuji Ace Robotic Bag Palletizers palletize bags, cases, pails and other products.     

The EC-171 high speed Robotic Bag Palletizer is the most technologically advanced Fuji robot model to date. This advanced palletizer delivers speeds up to 20 cycles per minute, is equipped with a built in collision detect system and incorporates the largest working envelope of all Fuji models while maintaining the smallest rotation radius and energy efficiency.

3CM-PDS Automatic Bagging Machines bag 2,000 bags/hour with bags weighing from 20 to 110 pounds, and handle paper, woven-cloth, polyethylene bags and more and handle many closure styles. Optional servo-motor lateral transfer drive and automatic tag placer are available.

Other automated packaging equipment includes bag closing machines, closing heads and portable closers for a range of applications handling kraft paper, cotton, hessian, jute, PP/PE woven cloth, paper bags and other materials.

Several series of heat sealing machines are offered, suitable for sealing small bags and sacks made of polyethylene or vinyl coated papers, poly bags with or without gussets, single and double pinch bags and for heat seal-tape sealing and heat sealing the inner bag.
